Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Dallas facility.

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available for all order values

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our high-performance LED automotive lighting products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process for qualifying items.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Product must show no signs of installation or modification

Non-Returnable Items

Due to technical specifications and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or installed LED bulbs and fog lights (including DoubleTap Dual Color LED Fog Lights and LED Bulbs)
  • Custom-configured lighting systems
  • Plugs & converters that show signs of use
  • Products purchased more than 15 days ago

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely in the original packaging

Refund Processing
